When appropriate, we furnish lump-sum, cost-competitive bids. We’re also experienced in the use of negotiated guaranteed maximum price (GMP), cost plus fixed-fee (CPFF), and design/build (D/B) business models. Although the legal relationships may vary under these contract arrangements, we maintain a consistent commitment to work closely with the architect to deliver top value to our clients.

Ready Mix Concrete

Pre-stress Concrete

Sand 

We mine and supply construction grade sand used in Ready Mix Concrete, Concrete Block, Concrete Pavers, Manufactured Stone and all types of masonry products.

Stone 

We offer a wide range of crushed stone products and aggregates shipped from the mining village Batavia, Cayuni River, Guyana. Our products are used to build homes, commercial buildings, schools, highways, bridges, shopping centers, and more.

Cement Blocks
